During the European Business Forum gala, Jarosław Schabowski, Management Board Representative and Director for R&D and Composite Development, accepted the distinction on behalf of the Company and its Management Board.

European Business Forum
The European Business Forum is an annual event created as a platform for discussions among entrepreneurs, local government representatives, scientists, and media representatives on issues important for the economy in various areas. It provides a space for exchanging ideas, perspectives, and practical knowledge gained through the professional experience of managers, business leaders, and local government representatives, serving as a source of inspiration and new solutions for further development.
This nationwide business event, combined with the official gala, took place on 1 December 2023 in Krynica-Zdrój, which welcomed numerous guests with beautiful winter scenery. The event featured discussion panels addressing important topics relevant to various industries, including management, ecology, medicine, and employee policy.
The aim of the European Business Forum is to enable the exchange of knowledge and experience between participants, facilitate networking, and integrate different communities: business, academic, and local government. The main theme of this year’s forum was: „The economy in the face of change. Realities, strategies, perspectives”.
Sustainable development, infrastructure cybersecurity, standardisation of artificial intelligence, arbitration in damage claims, team management in industry, effective recruitment processes, and the future of healthcare in the context of improving product quality were among the key topics discussed during this year’s European Business Forum.
The event also included award ceremonies for the latest editions of the following programmes: Highest Quality Quality International, Social Responsibility Leaders, and Tourism Product of the Year. Special awards were also presented, including QI Pearls, Golden Pearls, QI Diamonds 2023, and Business Victory 2023.
Among the partners and honorary patrons of the event were, among others: Witold Kozłowski, Marshal of the Małopolskie Voivodeship, Piotr Ryba, Mayor of Krynica-Zdrój, as well as the European Parliament, the Ministry of Development and Technology, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Department of Process Management at the Krakow University of Economics, and the Polish Committee for Standardization.
We hope that the conference provided participants with an opportunity to exchange ideas, information, and professional experiences, as well as to establish valuable new business relationships.

The Highest Quality Quality International Programme is one of the longest-running quality competitions on the Polish market. It is dedicated to manufacturers, service providers, and institutions that have a clear quality policy regarding their products, services, or implemented management systems – organisations that can demonstrate achievements at the highest international level.
The programme has been operating continuously for 17 years.
